Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the https://hsve.org/ help request service operated by Harvey’s Virtual Environment's team. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned of your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users and others who access or use the Service.

1) Guarantee

There is no guarantee that everything will work perfectly in terms of hardware when you place an order. However, we will do our best to make it work, even though there might be some challenges with Proxmox and compatibility issues with certain BIOS features or devices when using macOS.

2) Refunds

Our service does not offer refunds, except in specific situations where partial refunds may be granted.

3) Availability

We are currently working on this project in our free time as we have a full-time job. Please understand that our response may not be immediate.

4) Warranty

If you want to try Hackintosh'ing the New-Way on your work/production computer, it is not advisable if you need things to be operational quickly. The best approach would be to test it first and see if it works before transferring your work/production to it
